The extended tang on this knife lets you open it easily with one hand. It features black synthetic handles and a classic design inspired by the simple utility knives carried in Bohemia and Bavaria 300–400 years ago.

Each blade is made from Swedish high-carbon tool steel, then individually hardened, tempered, and hand-ground on a water-cooled stone for a sharp, convex razor edge. Designed and crafted by Bryan Baker.
